Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also have the original tags attached.
Please note that items discounted 25% or more, out of season items, and earrings are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Store Credits and Exchanges
If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we are happy to provide you with store credits or exchanges for eligible items.
Store credits can be used towards future purchases. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@shopfth.com or come in during our hours. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.
